Description

The ‘Jack Wood’ water lily has unusual raspberry color petals with butter gold centers. The ruby stamens add a delightful color combination to this lily! The pads are a distinct olive green, and with the raspberry flowers, it is an  attractive display in any water garden pool.

The original ‘Jack Wood’ water lily was brought to Tricker’s by Jack Wood himself. He was a well known as a water lily hybridizer in California. Of all the hundreds of hybrid water lilies, this very water lily was chosen to be on the front cover of the historical and well noted book Encyclopedia of the Water-Lily by Charles Masters who was a frequent visitor of William Tricker, Inc.® for years.

This table shows the estimated shipping and pick-up weeks for destinations to USA states. These dates can change depending on weather and how strong the plants are at that time.

For example, a wet spring will have many clouds leading to less sunshine. Thus, the plants may need a bit longer to grow strong enough for transplanting and transit. With the planet heating up, a warm spring may help the plants grow strong enough to ship before the dates in this table.
