Description
The ‘Bagdad’ tropical water lily has stunning star-shaped blue flowers with yellow stamens and long petioles that gracefully rise above the floating leaves. Its medium-sized pads are light green on top and have a beautiful mix of red, brown, and dark green underneath, adorned with purple stripes.
The ‘Bagdad’ propagates well. It is grown best in medium and large water gardens ans is slightly more cold tolerant than other tropical water lilies.
