Appearance

Flowers: Fragrant cup-shaped. Rosy-yellow blossoms with hues of pink, orange, and yellow.
Pads: Mottled and round with wavy edges.

Size

Flowers: Medium large. Yellow and cup shaped.
They grow about 4"-8" above the water's surface.
Leaves: Mottled.
Spread: About 6 feet. Spread depends on growing environment.

Preferred Growing Conditions

6+ hrs/day direct sunlight.
Calm water away from the moving water of a cascade or waterfall.
Water Depth: 6"-12" deep. Start shallow to capture more sun and warmth . Then you can move it to a deeper part of your pond.
Prefers to be planted 3'-4' from surrounding plants for the spread.
New plants should be fertilized with higher nitrogen content to stimulate root growth. Then, higher phosphorous will be beneficial for the blooms.
Trim dead parts to encourage more growth.
Suited for medium and large water gardens.
