Appearance	Flowers: The lemon-white flower buds are shaped like a tear drop. Sepals: Purplish-black pattern with apple green and white stripes. Leaves: Large, round, and bright green with slight mottling. Unusual brown-red underneath. Fragrant flowers.

Preferred Growing Conditions	8+ hrs/day direct sunlight. Calm water away from the moving water of a cascade or waterfall. Water Depth: 6"-12" deep. Start shallow to capture more sun and warmth . Then you can move it to a deeper part of your pond. Prefers to be planted 3'-4' from surrounding plants for the spread. New plants should be fertilized with higher nitrogen content to stimulate root growth. Then, higher phosphorous will be beneficial for the blooms. Trim dead parts to encourage more growth.
