Its unique structure is designed to maintain  microspores that are perfectly sized to allow the beneficial bacterial colonies to reproduce and thrive. A bacterial sanctuary is your biological method to keep your pond water clean and healthy. The good bacteria lives in microtunnels and microcavities and naturally eliminate toxic ammonia and nitrite.

It is recommended to replace every 6 months.
