Description

Nymphaea x marliacea ‘Chromatella’ is one of the better yellow varieties. It is considered one of the oldest and most dependable of the hardy water lilies today

The 6″ blossoms sit on the water’s surface like a golden cup. The flower is a rich creamy yellow with a pleasant fragrance.

Benefits. The perennial ‘Chromatella’ can be grown in tubs, deck ponds, or backyard water gardens. It is fragrant and brightens up your water display. Bees use the pads to land and access water to drink. The pads shade the water to help prevent algal growth.

Growth Conditions. Full sun with more than 6 hrs of sunlight.
